About the Class
Itty Bitty Yogis is back! Our youth yoga curriculum balances bodies and brains as children discover yoga through yoga-inspired games, yoga stories and yoga poses. This is not your typical yoga class! We will run, jump and downward dog before we end each session with stretching and mindfulness exercises. Itty Bitty Yogis was created and will be led by Reveille teacher, Katie Cooke. (Reveille students only.)
