Itty Bitty Yogis is back! Our youth yoga curriculum balances bodies and brains as children discover yoga through yoga-inspired games, yoga stories and yoga poses. This is not your typical yoga class! We will run, jump and downward dog before we end each session with stretching and mindfulness exercises.
Parents can get their "shake on" in a Bar Method class while we are having our own fun. Additional costs apply.
