Babies are natural yogis! At Itty Bitty Yogis, we embrace an infant's natural growth and development process with our stage-specific curriculum focused on exploring movement and breathing. In our unique class you and your baby will play while you practice yoga, sing songs, explore movement and learn mindful breathing techniques together.
For parents, the gentle yoga movements and mindful breathing techniques increase abdominal strength and help open up the shoulders and chest and alleviate back pain.
For baby, yoga aids in gross and fine motor skills, improves sleep patterns (both in duration and frequency) and increases body awareness.
